On June 19 2018, Boeing delivered the first Boeing 737 MAX 8 Jet Airways, India's first carrier with this type of aircraft in the fleet. This aircraft is part of a firm 150 order of 737 MAX aircraft, which will be delivered during the 2018 - 2026 period.
