The first Boeing 787-10 Singapore Airlines came out of the paint

A few days ago, the first Boeing 787-10 Singapore Airlines came out of the paint. At the same time, this is the first 787-10 in commercial livery.

Boeing 787-10, the largest member of the Dreamliner family, will enter commercial service starting with 2018. Singapore Airlines is the launch customer of this aircraft model, having a firm order for 30 units.

The first Boeing 787-10 Singapore Airlines came out of the paint and was unveiled to the public on October 12. The aircraft was painted in the Boeing hangar in North Charleston, South Carolina. The aircraft will begin ground and air tests.

Singapore Airlines did not specify the configuration or operational program, but initially the aircraft will be used on regional flights.

Boeing has registered orders for 177 for 787-10 aircraft, of which: 30 for Etihad Airways, 18 for EVA Air, 14 for United Airlines, 12 for British Airways and 8 for Air France-KLM.
