In January 2015, American Airlines took possession of the first Boeing 787 Dreamliner in the fleet. The past days, American Airlines unveiled the interior of the Boeing 787 and announced the first destinations it will fly to. To begin with, the aircraft will operate domestic flights between Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) and Chicago (ORD), starting May 7. Starting with June 2, Boeing 787 will operate daily flights between Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) and Beijing (PEK). From June 4, a Boeing 787 American aircraft will also begin flying on the Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) - Buenos Aires (EZE) route.
