This would mean that the people of Bucharest will no longer be obliged to enter houses from 20:00, on weekends, but from 22:00, and the shops will have the same schedule during the weekend that they have during the week. In order for cinemas and restaurants to open, an incidence rate of less than 3 per thousand is needed.
