UPDATE June 4, 2021: Romania has updated the red, yellow, green lists. The Netherlands, Sweden, Latvia are on the yellow list, and Croatia, Cyprus, Turkey, Switzerland are on the green list! Britain has been relegated to the red list!

Update April 22, 2021: Romania's yellow list was updated on April 22, 2021. According to the list, they entered Greece, Qatar, Maldives, Peru, Paraguay, Lithuania, Argentina, Czech Republic, Colombia, Latvia, Mongolia, Iran, Oman, Maldives, Germany, Canada, Switzerland, Georgia, Azerbaijan, United States and Costa Rica. Countries and regions such as Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Isle of Man they will turn green.
