The National Committee for Emergency Situations decided today, July 3, 2020, to lift the restrictions for travelers arriving from #Spain în #Romania, by exempting asymptomatic persons from quarantine / isolation at home.

✈️ Suspended flights to and from countries subject to the quarantine / isolation exception, including Spain, may be resumed at all airports in Romania, from the date of inclusion in the list of states exempted from the quarantine / isolation measure at home.

📌 Persons arriving in Romania from the Member States of the European Union and the European Economic Area, whose cumulative incidence rate of new cases of illness in the last 14 days per 100.000 inhabitants is less than or equal, are exempted from the measure of isolation at home. with the one registered in Romania, in the similar period.

    Is it valid and vice versa? If we go to Spain, can we move or do we have to be quarantined?
