On 5 October, CNSU has established the new list of countries and regions considered in the yellow zone. Considering that the list of yellow countries is quite long, many of the countries and regions being from Europe, I really looked forward to information about flights.

And here that ROMATSA has published the updated NOTAM regarding the suspension of flights. Surprise!

The updated NOTAM announces the suspension of flights to: ANDORRA, ARGENTINA, ARUBA, BAHAMAS, BAHRAIN, BELIZE, BRAZIL, CABO VERDE, CHILE, COLOMBIA, COSTA RICA, GIBRALTAR, GUAM, IRAQ, ISRAEL, KUWEIT, QATAR, MUXAL, MUXAL , MONTENEGRO, PALESTINE, PANAMA, PARAGUAY, PERU, PUERTO RICO, SINT MAARTEN, USA

Consequently, flights between Romania and Qatar, the Republic of Moldova, Israel remain suspended. There were no direct flights to the other countries anyway. Flights to European countries that have entered the yellow list are NOT suspended.

In other words, ROMATSA removed from the old list only the countries that entered the green zone, but did not update the list of countries that entered the yellow zone, the list updated on October 5. The situation is totally confusing and does not fully comply with the law of the state of alert.
