New routes in the Wizz Air flight schedule
Wizz Air has started operating 4 new routes from Bucharest Otopeni and a route from Arad. As previously announced, Wizz Air June 30 has already started the operation of flights from Arad International Airport to Milan Bergamo. The new route is in addition to the one operated in Timisoara and will be available twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Your Bucharest Otopeni, starting today, 2 July, Wizz Air will create connections between Romania and one of the most beautiful holiday destinations, Palma de Mallorca. In addition, from Saturday June 30, passengers can choose to travel to Milan Malpensa, a route added to the existing one to Milan Bergamo.
Starting this month, those looking for romance can choose a city break to Romeo and Juliet, Verona. To properly mark this new route, Wizz Air organized a special moment dedicated to passengers at Otopeni Airport, staging the famous balcony scene from the popular play, "Romeo and Juliet" by William Shakespeare.
In addition, starting in July, Wizz Air will open a new gateway to Germany, operating flights to Memmingen, about an hour west of Munich.
