Ryanair and GDS Amadeus announced on 11 November a new distribution partnership, which will further expand RYANAIR's access to Amadeus' (GDS) industry-leading customer base. Operating 3000 daily flights to 225 destinations in 36 countries, Ryanair is among the top airlines to miraculously recover from COVID-19, carrying 115% more passengers compared to the pre-pandemic period, making it one of the most reliable travel options.

As companies across Europe face increasing economic and inflationary pressures, Ryanair offers leading connections, frequencies, punctuality and fares in Europe, which can now be booked through the Amadeus travel platform from late 2022.

The partnership supports Ryanair's vision to increase the visibility and targeting of Amadeus customers, particularly for business travel. The seamless integration with Amadeus booking flows and processes will provide customers with high operational efficiency in searching, booking and servicing Ryanair content, as well as the ability to offer a wider range of travel options to the cost-conscious.

We remind you that RYANAIR was in Amadeus before, but the individualistic policy of selling tickets only on its own platform made the biggest low-cost in Europe leave the biggest GDS in the world in 2017.
