2020 is a year of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We do not know how the pandemic is evolving, and this discourages us from planning our next trips and vacations. Aviation, tourism, HoReCa and all related industries are on the ground because they stick tourists and passengers.

Let's not forget that it was 2-3 months when over 90% of flights were suspended. Even the largest low-cost airline in Europe had to retain more than 99% of its fleet on the ground.

In Romania, RYANAIR had 2 months of general blockage, and then resumed its activity in a very restricted form. Their goal was to fly on as many routes in the network, but with fewer and fewer flights. One of the routes that disappeared this summer was Bucharest - Amman, Jordan.

Initially we grew up giving up this route altogether, but the reservation system contradicts us. Following some checks made on the RYANAIR website, we noticed that the flights Bucharest - Amman will be resumed on March 30, 2021. There will be 2 weekly flights, on Tuesdays and Saturdays, according to the schedule below.

RYANAIR will resume flights Bucharest - Amman

FR5101 Bucharest 15:35 - 18:20 Amman
FR5100 Amman 19:00 - 21:50 Bucharest

Let's hope that things will evolve positively by next spring and there will be no more travel restrictions.
