Flights to France and Italy from Timisoara International Airport are resumed
Regular flights to foreign destinations are gradually resumed at Timisoara Airport. The progressive lifting of travel restrictions makes it possible to gradually increase the operation of air flights from Timisoara airport.
The international flights from Timisoara are resumed
Starting with June 15, INSP Romania made a green list of countries exempted from quarantine / isolation. It started with 17 countries, since last week, which made it possible to resume frequent flights from Timisoara airport to and from destinations in Germany (Dortmund, Frankfurt-Hahn, Memmingen and Karlsruhe / Baden).
Following the update list of countries, which are considered safe and from which passengers can return to the country without further isolation or quarantine, 5 more countries have been added: Italy, Ireland, Estonia, Finland and partly France (mainland).
Thus, starting with June 23, 2020, from Timisoara airport will be resumed frequent flights to and from Italy (Bari, Bergamo, Rome, Venice), and on Saturday, June 27, the flights to Franta (Paris). These flights are operated by Wizz Air!
