South Africa Tourism (SAT) has launched Sho't Left Travel Week 2021, a project that offers tourists benefits and discounts to encourage travel in the country in order to revitalize the tourism industry.
SAT, the national travel agency that is responsible for promoting South Africa as an international and domestic destination, said those who choose to travel to South Africa will receive up to a 50% discount in various parts of the country.
"As the country begins to reopen, we need to revive our appetite for domestic travel and encourage South Africans to travel to their country. September is known as Tourism Month, along with Heritage Month and Public Service Month. ” said SAT interim CEO Stembizo Dlamini.
The General Director of Tourism Nhumeleni, Victor Taraji, stated that safety measures and security protocols COVID-19 have been taken so that all those who choose to travel feel safe and have a unique experience.
