Stockholm - Madrid with SAS from July 1, 2013

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), the largest airline in the Scandinavian area, will launch the route Stockholm (Arlanda) - Madrid, from July 1, 2013, with a frequency of two weekly flights.

This new route will join the one operated from Copenhagen to Madrid, adding a total of 10 weekly flights between Scandinavia and the capital of Spain.

Flights on Stockholm - Madrid will be operated on Mondays and Fridays. On Monday, the Boeing 737 aircraft will take off from Arlanda airport at 09:15, and the return will be at 14:05. On Friday, the aircraft will take off from Arlanda airport at 07:10, and the return from Madrid will be at 15:50. The flight time will be approximately 3 hours and 50 minutes.

For 2013, SAS plans to open 47 for new routes. From Stockholm Arlanda, Scandinavian Airlines will fly to Vilnius, Innsbruck, Pula, Palermo, Cagliari, Thessaloniki, Tel Aviv, Pristina and Alanya.
