The discount is 30 Euro for the one-way tickets and 60 Euro for the one-way tickets, the reduction being already applied in the displayed price. The offer is intended for passengers wishing to travel from / to Romania to / from Stockholm and does not have a limited travel period.

I simulated for the weekend with St. Valentine's Day, 14 February 2015, and found Bucharest - Stockholm from 69 EUR, a good price. But the tariff is for several periods.
