SWISS will provide 3 passengers with data packages: 20 MB at 9 francs, 50 MB at 19 francs and 120 MB at 39 of francs. Business Class passengers will benefit from 50MB for free. Another advantage is that high speed internet access can be done directly from your own devices: tablet, laptop, phone. SWISS is exploring the possibility of extending this high-speed Internet service on board other long-haul aircraft in the fleet, ie on A330 and A340 aircraft.

And for communication services to be complete, SWISS will also provide the ability to make phone calls and send roaming SMS from above. The prices of these services will be set by AeroMobile (the provider of these in-flight telecommunications services) and the customer's telephone service provider. For one year, SWISS will closely monitor this in-flight roaming telephone service.

To begin with, telephone and internet services will only be accessible on Boeing 777-300ER SWISS aircraft, which will operate flights to Hong Kong, Bangkok, Los Angeles, San Francisco, São Paulo and Tel Aviv.
