TAROM operated the first flight on the route Iasi - Munich!
Starting today, 25 October 2015, the Iasi people will be able to fly directly to Munich, a destination expected with particular interest in the business environment.
The Iasi-Munich route will be honored by TAROM, a company that already operates flights from Iasi to Rome, London, Bologna, Turin, Tel Aviv, but also the Iasi-Bucharest and return flight. Today's premiere was marked by a program that took place in T3 terminal, newly opened.
The first to speak was Marius BODEA, the president of the Board of the Iasi International Airport. About the importance of introducing the Iasi-Munich flight, Georgeta DINU, Economic Director of TAROM, Ioan NANI, Manager SC Antibiotice SA and Vice-President of the Iasi Chamber of Commerce, as well as Alexander RUBEL, the Director of the German Cultural Center, spoke at the same conferences.
The surprise of the event was the intervention through the online connection of Mr. Alexander SCHROLL, the Development Director of Munich Airport, who spoke about the efforts to make a direct connection with an airport of 5 stars and that makes 230 possible for flights to various destinations in the world.
In parallel with the artistic program and the conference, the "runway" of the aircraft, with the water cannon, took place on the new runway, moment captured in the photos.
The Ihesians will be able to fly directly to Munich twice a week, as follows:
Thursday: IS at 07:00 - arrival in Munich at 08:25
Sunday: IS 14: 40 - Arrival in Munich 16: 05
Thursday: Munich time 09: 10 - arrival IS 12 time: 20
Sunday: Munich 16 time: 50 - arrival is 20 time: 00
The flights are operated by the Boeing 737-300 (YR-BGE), which has a configuration of two classes and 134 seats.
