Starting with 5 April 2016 as a result partial reopening of Zaventem - Brussels Airport, TAROM will resume flights to the capital of Belgium.
Starting with this date, Tarom will resume operation of RO373 / RO374 flights (Bucharest - Brussels (Zaventem) - Bucharest). These will be performed with Airbus A318 aircraft.
Passengers with tickets for the RO371 / RO372 flight (valid from 05 - 08 April to 2016) will be booked on the TAROM RO373 / RO374 flights, which will be operated according to the schedule:
RO373: Bucharest 16.50 - 18.40 Brussels
RO374: Brussels 19.25 - 23.05 Bucharest
Given the fact that Zaventem Airport is partially operational, the Belgian authorities have imposed certain restrictions. Passengers are kindly requested to check the website of the Brussels airport before traveling.
We mention some of these:
- passengers must have a boarding pass or printed reservation in order to be allowed access to the check-in area;
- accompanying passengers do not have access to the airport except for those accompanying passengers with reduced mobility;
- public transport has not been resumed, and access to the airport is possible only with private cars and taxis;
- special services cannot be provided for the time being (unaccompanied minor service or animal transport service).
