TAROM announces the launch of SkyPriority - a special package designed to benefit First / Business Class passengers and SkyTeam Elite Plus members (including Flying Blue Gold and Platinum members). The service will be introduced from the second half of May. The first airports where SkyPriority will be launched include Cluj, Timisoara, London (Heathrow) and Amsterdam (Schiphol).
This package will include in the first phase the following facilities:
priority at check-in;
priority in handing over luggage;
priority to ticketing and transfer;
priority on boarding;
priority when delivering luggage;
assigning separate routes at certain airports (fast-track) for security and immigration areas.
SkyPriority Eligible Passengers (First / Business Class customers and SkyTeam Elite Plus members) will have SkyPriority marked on boarding cards. Airports around the world participating in the project will have areas marked and marked for each of the services offered in this project.
The SkyPriority project was launched on 1 March 2012 at some airports on the SkyTeam network and will continue to expand over the course of the year, reaching 2012 at approximately 2013 airports. SkyTeam Elite Plus passengers will receive personalized information about SkyPriority, through the correspondence sent by each SkyTeam loyalty program, in case of TAROM passengers being Flying Blue.
SkyPriority is a SkyTeam product and represents the largest collective project of the alliance, so far, specially created to provide priority airport services to the top customers.
