Following the information that appeared in the public space in the last few hours, according to which the National Bucharest Airports Company (CNAB) is considering suspending the provision of any services to the national air operator, the TAROM Company informs its customers that such a situation is totally unrealistic, as no sanctions have been imposed by CNAB to TAROM.
First of all, regarding the contractual relationship between TAROM and CNAB, it is very important to specify that TAROM ensures by all means that it will fulfill its financial obligations, as well as the fact that TAROM can guarantee the recovery of this debt. Although the last few years have been extremely difficult for all air operators in the world (the COVID pandemic), even more so for a company that has been hard-pressed like the Romanian National Air Transport Company, TAROM will make every effort so that the obligations it has towards his partners to be honored.
We inform TAROM passengers that the flight schedule will not be affected in any way, and there is no cause for concern for our passengers. At the same time, we remind you that TAROM will always be a reliable partner of Romanians, as we proved at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, but also in the last month, organizing humanitarian repatriation flights in support of passengers affected by the suspension of operations to other airlines etc., in full safety and comfort.
