Do your legs keep you from competing with an Airbus A380? (Competition)
To mark the launch of the flight London- Johannesburg which will be operated with the new aircraft A380, the airline British Airways launches a unique worldwide competition - a speed race with the super jumbo A380. Everyone who feels fit can register by accessing www.ba.com/ManVsPlane until Monday, 20 January, and explaining in maximum 50 words why they think they would be fit to enter the race. Of those registered, five people will be selected and will take part in the actual race, which will take place at Johannesburg airport in early February.
The shortest runner will win two return tickets (in the Club World booth) with one of British Airways' A380 aircraft to Los Angeles, Hong Kong or Johannesburg, to enjoy the sweet taste of success.
The competition launched by British Airways comes after South African rugby player Bryan Habana competed on the track with the new A380 and won.
Bryan Habana (who plays for the Springboks teams in South Africa and Toulon) was selected to enter the field 95 times and totaled a number of 53 essays throughout his career, becoming the largest Springboks player ever. essays of all time and one of the most prolific in the world rugby community.
