Ten Airways, also known as Tend Air, ceased operations on 19 January 2015, the date when the Romanian CIVILA Aeronautical Authority (AACR) suspended its air carrier certificate (AOC).

According ch-aviation, the reasons for the suspension were not mentioned, but according to a Ten Airways spokesman, the company hopes to receive its air carrier certificate (AOC) after the winter season.

Ten Airways is an airline specializing in charter and ACMI flights (aircraft, complete crew, maintenance, and insurance). It has a fleet of 3 MD-82 aircraft and three MD-83 aircraft. For a short time, Ten Airways also operated low-cost scheduled flights under the Fly Romania brand (COD: X5, Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport base), but everything lasted 6 months.
