Thai Smile inaugurates the first flight on the Bangkok-Macao route (photo / video)

THAI Smile, a low-cost company under the patronage of Thai Airways International (THAI), started operations on 7 July 2012. He inaugurated the first flight, on the Bangkok-Macao route, in the presence of Mr. Ampon Kittiampon, chairman of the THAI board.

Flight TG750 operated with Airbus A320 THAI Smile aircraft has departed from Suvarnabhumi airport in Bangkok for Macao. The flight duration is approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes, and the flight distance is approximately 1600Km. The aircraft is configured in an economy class with a total of 174 seats. The first five rows are part of the Smile Plus area, providing more space on the seats.

THAI Smile is part of the Star Alliance, as a partner member and provides very good links in the alliance. It will operate flights to Macao and to domestic routes in Thailand such as Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Surat Thani.

Passengers can enjoy full services (menu, drinks and luggage included in the price), even if the operator is in the low-cost area.

THAI Smile will still receive 10 Airbus A320 aircraft and will open the following routes by the end of this year!
