The Dutch government has lifted the remaining Covid-19 entry restrictions for all travelers traveling to the Netherlands, including unvaccinated visitors. The new rules came into force on 17 September, with the government publishing the statement:

"The government of the Netherlands has decided to lift the entry ban into the country as of September 17, 2022. In view of the current epidemiological situation in the Netherlands, the government considers that the entry ban is no longer necessary for entering the Netherlands."

You no longer need to provide proof of vaccination, recovery or negative test to enter the Netherlands. This also applies to those from non-EU/Schengen countries. In fact, this is the news, the Netherlands relaxing the COVID-19 rules for Europeans since the spring.

"Also, the European Commission intends to publish a proposal to revise the EU entry rules in autumn 2022."
