The Administration of the Environment Fund has unblocked the accounts of the company BLUE AIR AVIATION SA!
The Environment Fund Administration has suspended the seizure of the accounts of BLUE AIR AVIATION SA, the Ministry of the Environment reports. The Ministry of the Environment also communicated that a 12-month schedule has been established for the payment of the debt. Thus, Blue Air will pay the debt in installments over the period of one year, it informs EuropaFM.
"Following the request submitted on the morning of September 7, 2022, for the payment of outstanding obligations to the Environmental Fund and the submission of the necessary documentation for the start of the procedure, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 207/2015 regarding the Fiscal Procedure Code, with subsequent amendments and additions, the Environment Fund Administration decided to suspend the seizure of the cash available of the BLUE AIR AVIATION SA company and establish a 12-month schedule for the payment of the debt", the Ministry of the Environment sent in a statement.
It remains to be seen when and under what conditions Blue Air will resume commercial flights with passengers!
