The Christmas Fair in Bucharest will open on November 26
The Bucharest Christmas Fair opens between November 26 and December 26, 2021, on the esplanade with statues in the University Square. It will be one of the biggest Christmas fairs in Romania.
The tree that will be placed in the University Square has a height of 15 meters, is reusable, durable and environmentally friendly, created from wood and adorned with carved ornaments.
Starting with November 26, at the Christmas fair in Bucharest, visitors will find daily inspiration for seasonal shopping and gifts: handicrafts, hand-painted globes, bells, Christmas wreaths, decorations and ornaments.
There will also be traditional dishes specific to the season: cakes, cakes, pies, lollipops, gingerbread, homemade chocolate, drinks or hot snacks, it is also shown in the press release. The program will be completed by ambient music and special moments dedicated to the Christmas holiday.
This year, the event will take place in special conditions, adapted to the current epidemiological context, and the safety of visitors, exhibitors and staff remains paramount. Access to the fair will be based on a ticket, which will also cover part of the costs of organizing the event.
Entry will be based on ticket and digital certificate COVID-19
The ticket price will be 5 lei when purchasing online, respectively 7 lei at the ticket office in the location. Children up to the age of 12 have free access. Online tickets are available from November 12, and the box office operates throughout the Bucharest Christmas Market event.
According to the legislation in force, the access of the participants is made within the limit of 30% of the capacity of the event venue and is allowed only to persons vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 virus, who have passed 10 days from the completion of the complete vaccination schedule, respectively persons between the 15th and 180th day after confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, based on the presentation of the European Digital Certificate COVID-19.
Children under the age of 12, accompanied by an adult who is in one of the situations, are exempted from presenting these documents.
