Until now, passengers arriving from the yellow / red zone had to complete an epidemiological statement that was verified upon entry into Romania. It could be completed in electronic or printed format. The good part is that, once it is replaced by the digital entry form in Romania, the queues and congestion will disappear from airports and customs, at least they will no longer be DSP checkpoints.

Starting Monday, December 20, 2021, citizens entering Romania will no longer have to complete the epidemiological declaration, verified so far at the border crossing points, as all the data in the epidemiological declaration can be found in digital entry form in Romania

The digital entry form in Romania will shorten the waiting time at border crossing points by the fact that citizens will have to pass a single filter, not two as before, the data verification being done automatically.

The digital entry form in Romania (PLF) will enter into force starting with December 20, 2020 and can be filled in electronically in the application https://plf.gov.ro, starting with December 19, so that all citizens who come to the country have enough time to access it.

The form, developed by STS based on the operational requirements established by the medical authorities, should not be printed because when crossing the border points, when scanning the identity card / passport, it will allow the data from the form to be displayed in the Border Police computer application.

We remind you that this form must be completed no later than 24 hours before the presentation at the border crossing points. The data must be entered correctly because the computer system is interconnected with DEPABD and the Border Police for the validation of identity data and Corona-forms, the application where people infected with SARS-CoV-2 are found, isolated or quarantined.
