The first Boeing 737 MAX 8 Air Canada was delivered
Earlier this month, the first Boeing 737 MAX 8 Air Canada arrived in Kelowna, Canada after an 54 minute flight from Boeing Field.
Boeing has big and ambitious plans. It wants to deliver between 50 and 80 of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. Earlier this month, the first Boeing 737 MAX 8 Air Canada was delivered.

The new aircraft will be used on domestic, transcontinental, but also transoceanic flights from Toronto and Montreal to Shannon and Dublin (from the summer of 2018).
Boeing 737 MAX 8 Air Canada is configured in 2 classes and can accommodate 169 passengers: 16 passengers in Business Class and 153 seats in Economy.
On board this Boeing 737 MAX 8, passengers will be able to enjoy the new entertainment system through the new touchscreen displays.
Air Canada will also receive 2 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft by the end of this year, with other 16 aircraft being received by the end of 2018.
In addition to 737 MAX 8 aircraft, Air Canada also receives 11 Boeing 737 MAX 9, 45 Bombardier CS300 and 7 long-haul Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.
We remind you that Air Canada will open 2 routes to Romania: Bucharest - Montreal with Air Canada Rouge, from 7 June 2018 and Bucharest - Toronto with Air Canada Rouge, from 9 June 2018. After 10 years since the last transatlantic flights departing from Bucharest, Romania will have direct flights to Canada with Air Canada Rouge.
