And plans are starting to bear fruit. On March 28, RYANAIR and Laudamotion presented the operational program in the 2018 summer season. It will fly with 21 aircraft from 9 bases in Germany and Austria.

Laudamotion intends to open bases in: Germany - Berlin Tegel, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg, Stuttgart; Austria - Vienna and Switzerland - Zurich. In total, 65 routes will be operated between 44 airports.

This agreement with Ryanair will allow the progressive growth of Laudamotion in Austria. At first, the new air carrier has a fleet of ten Airbus aircraft. Ryanair will provide financial and management support, as well as 6 wet-lease aircraft for the summer season. And the fleet will gradually increase to 21 aircraft in June 2018.

Four planes will be based in Vienna, and the frequency of flights to Palma de Mallorca will increase to three daily connections. Four Laudamotion aircraft will be based in Berlin Tegel, six in Dusseldorf and one in Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg and Stuttgart respectively. Two planes will be based in Zurich.

The Berlin Tegel base will be inaugurated at 1 in June, will include 4 aircraft and facilitate flights to 17 holiday destinations. They will be: Barcelona, Brindisi, Corfu, Faro, Fuerteventura, Heraklion, Ibiza, Kos, Lanzarote, Las Palmas, Palma de Mallorca, Pula, Rhodos, Rijeka and Tenerife.

Air tickets are available for sale on the sites www.laudamotion.com and on the partner's website RYANAIR - www.ryanair.com.

We remind you that the first flight Laudamotion was operated on March 25, on the route Dusseldorf - Palma de Mallorca. We can say that everything happened in record time for the new airline, which managed to start its activity in just 25 days.

A lot of enthusiasm, a desire to progress as quickly as possible and a lot of momentum for Laudamotion. From what we see, Laudamotion is looking to replace airBerlin on holiday routes and it looks like it will be successful. Clear sky!
