XL Airways had a fleet of 4 Airbus A330-200 / 300 aircraft and had an order for 2 Airbus A330-900neo aircraft. Fly to 17 seasonal and permanent destinations.

Following the bankruptcy, the assets remained. These were used to pay off part of the company's debt. On January 27, 2020, the XL Airways brand was sold at auction for the amount of 686400 euros.

The package included: the names referring to the air carrier - XL Airways, XL Air, XLAirways.com; names referring to travel agencies XL club, XL Holidays, XL Vacances; domain names XL France, XL.com, XL Cloud.

In addition to the XL Airways brand, other assets have also been capitalized. such as A330, A320, Boeing 737 aircraft components, aeronautical tools and equipment, Rolls-Royce engine parts. In total, 3.2 million euros were collected, enough to be able to pay part of the bankrupt company's debts.
