Beginning with the end of this month, a new destination will be available from Timisoara International Airport: Turin. Route Timisoara - Turin will be operated by Wizz Air and there will be two flights a week. The aircraft will take off from Timisoara, every Monday and Friday, at 6.00 and will land in Turin at 7.05 local time. The return flight will take off from Turin at local time 7.35 and will arrive in Timisoara at 10.30. The flights will be conducted with Airbus 320 aircraft.
Turin is the 17 destination available directly from Timisoara. Currently, the connection with Italy is made by direct flights to and from Venice (Treviso), Rome (Fiumicino), Bologna, Milan-Bergamo, and Bari. There are also direct links to France (Paris), Germany (Frankfurt-Hahn, Dortmund, Munich, Munchen West - Memmingen), UK (London), Belgium (Brussels), Spania (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia) and Romania (Bucharest).
This summer, charter flights to Turkey and the Greek islands will be added to these destinations.
