Update August 7: Romania is partially on the list of risk areas. 7 counties have been introduced on the list of risk areas and new travel restrictions are imposed: Argeş, Bihor, Buzău, Neamț, Ialomița, Mehedinți and Timiş.

Germany has the list of countries considered risk areas. It has 2 criteria according to which it evaluates the risk of a country. 1. It is established in which states / regions they were over 50 recently infected people per 100.000 inhabitants in the last seven days. 2. It is used qualitative criteria to determine whether there is an increased risk of infection in the case of countries / regions that are below the specified capital limit 1.
Those traveling to the Federal Republic of Germany, who have been in a risk zone for the last 14 days prior to entry, may be quarantined according to regulations imposed by the federal regions of Germany.
Please remember: the federal government is continuously examining the extent to which areas can be classified as risk areas. Therefore, there may be short-term changes. Before traveling to Germany, it is a good idea to check if you have been in one of the countries with a high epidemiological risk for the last 14 days.
