  1. From 3 June 2020, travel will be allowed freely, for any reason, to and from the following states:
    • Member States of the European Union (In addition to Italy, there are EU Member States: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic , Romaniana, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Hungary);
    • States of the Schengen Agreement (non-EU states parties to the Schengen Agreement are: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland)
    • The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland;
    • Andorra, Principality of Monaco;
    • Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State.
  2. From 3 June, persons entering or returning to Italy from these countries will no longer be subject to health surveillance and self-isolation for 14 days., unless they were in other countries in the 14 days prior to entry into Italy.
    - For example, a person entering Italy from France on 14 June will be subject to self-isolation if he entered France from the United States on 4 June, but will not be subject to isolation if the movement from the United States to France took place by May 30 or if he has been in Germany from 31 May to 13 June. What rules are valid between May 18 and June 2 for travel to and from abroad?

Between May 18 and June 2, the basic rules remain similar to the previous ones. Travel to and from abroad continues to be allowed only for proven work, absolute urgency or health reasons; in any case, it is still permitted to return to one's home, residence or residence.

Persons entering or returning to Italy from abroad must spend a period of 14 days under medical supervision and in self-isolation at their home or at another address chosen by the person concerned or, failing that, at a location decided by the Civil Protection. regional.
