The UK is no longer on Romania's yellow list, that of countries with a high epidemiological risk. Therefore, travel from the UK to Romania is conducted without a PCR test for COVID-19 and without a quarantine at the destination.

But the reciprocal is not valid. We also remind you that, starting March 8, the British authorities only allow international travel for a good reason, which passengers will mention in the mandatory travel declaration.

In order to leave the UK, in addition to the flight ticket, you need the following boarding documents:

  • international travel declaration (the one in which you state the reason)
  • valid travel document (passport, identity card, travel document)
