Turkish Airlines controls Boeing 737 aircraft

Yesterday, 9 April 2013, Boeing announced that the airline Turkish Airlines is interested in ordering 50 of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft and 20 Next Generation 737 Aircraft. In the agreement concluded yesterday, Turkish Airlines wants 40 units 737 MAX 8, 10 aircraft 737 MAX 9 and 20 by 737 NG.

According to the list prices, the order is worth 6.9 billion. The agreement also passes an 25 supplement of 737 MAX 8 aircraft.

The American aircraft manufacturer is just waiting for the contract to be signed with Turkish Airlines. Given that Q1 did not announce large orders for Boeing, this agreement would be quite important this year.
