Unfortunately, the destinations in Romania (Bucharest, Cluj and Constanța) are not on the short list of Turkish Airlines. Most likely, the routes Bucharest - Istanbul, Cluj - Istanbul and Constanța - Istanbul will be resumed starting with July, depending on the evolution of the pandemic in Turkey.
