Ukraine International will fly to Sofia, Bangkok, Tenerife from winter season 2013 / 2014

Starting with the winter season 2013 / 2014, Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) will open routes to Sofia, Bangkok and Tenerife.

Starting with 7 in December, Ukraine International will operate three weekly flights on the route Kiev (Boryspil) - Sofia. The flights will be honored with Boeing 737 aircraft configured in one class, according to the following schedule:

PS853 KBP 10:30 - 12:45 SOF 735 - Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
PS854 SOF 15:30 - 17:30 KBP 735 - Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

UIA will compete with Wizz Air Ukraine, a low-cost carrier that operates three weekly flights on the route Kiev (Zhuliany) - Sofia.

Also from 7 December to 2013, Ukraine International will fly to Bangkok. Initially they announced that the flights will be operated by Boeing 737-900ER aircraft, but they cannot provide non-stop flights between the two destinations. So they came back with the information and announced that they would introduce the Boeing 767-300ER. The route will be operated with 3 weekly flights, and the operational schedule is below:

Also from winter, but starting from 1 in November, Ukraine International will fly on the route Kiev - Tenerife. There will be one flight per week honored with Boeing 737 aircraft, and the operational schedule is below:

PS1277 KBP 16:50 - 21:30 TFS 737 - Friday
PS1278 TFS 22:30 - 06:40 +1 KBP 737 - Friday

The UIA serves eight Ukrainian cities, eleven destinations in Russia and sixty in Europe, North Africa and Central Asia. The carrier Ukraine International has signed code-share agreements with airBaltic, Air France, Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Iberia, KLM, Rossiya, S7 Airlines, Swiss International Airlines and TAP Portugal.

    From Romania to Ukraine - the neighboring country -, there is no direct flight?!? The dock of "friendship" between Romania and Ukraine.

      After the bankruptcy of Aerosvit, in the spring, no one took the route. It was an attempt from Wizz Air Ukraine, but they canceled the news.
