Un Fokker 100, which belongs to Iran Air, was forced to land without the front landing gear. During takeoff from Tehran to Ahwaz, the aircraft lost one of the front train wheels. After taking several turns in the air to burn fuel, Fokker 100 Iran Air safely landed at Tehran airport.

Note, from the video below, how the muzzle of the plane was kept high during the landing and this was due to the pilots. The brown material sprayed into the air, during the landing process, is a special substance spread on the runway by airport firefighters, not dust or other dirt.
