#UnimRomania: I landed in Bucharest, our final destination (Ep.4)

After 5 flights in 4 days, the #UnimRomania project with #BlueAir ended. We can say that it was a soul project, that we worked hard and we all got involved. It was tiring, but nice and we won't stop here.

Today, June 25, 2017, the pilot project "Unim Romania with Blue Air" ended. The 5th flight segment was on the route Iasi - Bucharest (opened on October 25, 2015).

The Iasi - Bucharest route is the first in Blue Air's internal portfolio. It was opened in the fall of 2015 and was very successful.

The Blue Air base in Iași has been constantly developing, currently operating flights to 5 destinations in Romania: Bucharest - Cluj - Timisoara - Constanta and Oradea (via Bucharest).

Around 13: 00, we landed in Bucharest, our final destination in #UnimRomania. It was a tiring aero-trip, but nice and anytime I would repeat it with the same enthusiasm. The last flight from the project was sadder, with many feelings, but at the same time it means a new beginning.

As I mentioned, #UnimRomania was just a pilot project. Hope with the team fly-ra.com to put the foundations of other projects as beautiful.

We thank our partners for trusting us. We hope that the message of our action has been received correctly. Take advantage of domestic flights and travel as much as possible through Romania. We don't have highways, we don't have high-speed trains, but we have fast flights. Have clear skies and smooth flights.

We had some good flights with Blue Air. We know that delays or technical problems can sometimes occur, but they occur on all airlines. Important is the safety of the passenger. And you come up with the idea that they are old planes. In one of my discussions with aircraft technicians from other companies, I was told that there is no notion of "old" in aviation. Planes are capable of flight or not. They may be new to us and may not receive flight approval for a variety of reasons.

Finally, because today I took off from IAII, I present some photos with the capital of Moldova seen from the height.

PS We were asked why I didn't fly to Oradea. Initially, the project included flying to Oradea, but it meant extending it by one day, and many of the team no longer had this availability. But we considered planning a city break in Oradea.

Thank you Blue Air for your support and for managing to develop a very attractive domestic flight network, which supports those who want to travel faster through Romania.

We thank the sponsors Hotel Unirea (Iasi); Agency Vacant Paradise of Vis (Constant); transportation company Direct Airport (Constanta) and Hotel Check Inn (Timisoara) because they responded positively to our requests and were part of this bold project.
