Chapter XIV Untold will take place between 3-6 August 2017. An edition is announced beyond expectations. The first edition was WOW, the second edition awesome, the third edition will be formidable. In just two years, UNTOLD has managed to become an international phenomenon and one of the most anticipated musical events in Europe. At the second edition, over 300.000 participants from all over the world lived the unique UNTOLD experience, along with those over 150 international artists. Internationally renowned artists including Dimitri Vegas Like Mike, Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Martin Garrix and Tiesto have climbed the 150.
In 2016, the financial impact generated by the UNTOLD festival meant over 35 million euros attracted to the Cluj community. Of the over 300.000 fans, 25% were from Cluj County, 65% from the country and 10% from abroad, representing over 30.000 tourists in the four days. Most festival-goers from abroad came from Great Britain, the United States of America, the Netherlands and Germany - informs iConcert.ro.
Accommodation and transport
Also from the past years, I know that there is a great demand for accommodation and air tickets from / to Cluj-Napoca. So I recommend that you buy your travel packages, accommodation or air tickets early, until they run out.
Currently, at the time of publication of this article, the fares for Bucharest - Cluj - Bucharest start from 40 EURO (round trip flights - full services from TAROM). I chose the period August 2-6, 2017. Similar prices are for other combinations from that week.
For those from Iași, the fares also start from 40 EURO (round-trip flights - complete services with Blue Air) on the route Iași - Cluj - Iași (direct or stop flights to Timișoara).
For the people of Banat, the fares start from 97 EURO (round trip flights) for Timișoara - Cluj - Timișoara. The simulated dates are August 2-6, 2017. There are also prices from 40 EURO, but for other combinations!
For accommodation, the situation is not very rosy. Rates for 4 nights start at 500 from EURO! We also checked booking or other booking sites, and the results are similar.
