National Committee for Emergency Situations adopted, on August 27, 2020, Decision number 43. The most important provisions of this Decision are:

  • - the reopening from 1 September 2020 of restaurants and cafes inside buildings, including in the case of accommodation units, in counties where the cumulative incidence of cases in the last 14 days is less than or equal to 1,5 / 1.000 inhabitants;
  • - the limitation at national level of the operating schedule of the terraces between 06.00-24.00;
  • - increasing the number of people who can participate in private events to 50 in an enclosed space, respectively 100 in an open space;
  • - updating the list of countries and areas with a high epidemiological risk.
