UTair has ordered 20 from Airbus A321 aircraft

UTair, one of the main operators of Russia, signed a firm contract with Airbus for 20 of A321 aircraft. The agreement was made at the Farnborough International Airshow 2012 event.

The aircraft ordered will be configured in a single class with 220 seats. UTair wants to use these aircraft on new domestic and international popular routes.

The UTair Erian company, one of the largest in Russia, was founded in 1967. It operates a fleet of approximately 200 of aircraft to approximately 60 of domestic routes and 40 of international destinations.
