On 27 April 2005, Airbus was writing a tab in aviation history with the first flight operated by Airbus A380. Shortly after, the super jumbo became the most beloved plane for passengers, lovers of airplanes, but also for aviation photography enthusiasts.

To date, the largest passenger plane has collected orders for 317 units from 18 airline operators, representing a share of 90% of this market. Emirates has the largest fleet of Airbus A380, with 60 of aircraft received and other 80 on hold. The other A380 operators are: Air France, Asiana Airlines, British Airways, China Southern Airlines, Etihad, Korean Air, Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines, Qantas, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways International (THAI).
