The 3 A330-200 aircraft, which will be equipped with the new cabin, will arrive in the Algerian airline fleet shortly. The new cabin includes a state-of-the-art entertainment system, the Panasonic's IFE Xseries, but also more spacious seating. The new interior is configured in 3 classes: 18 seats in Business Class, 14 seats in Premium Economy and 291 seats in Economy Class. The new A330-200 are also powered by General Electric engines, CF6-80E1, as are the other 5 units in the Air Algérie fleet.

The Airbus A330 family of aircraft, which can carry between 250 and 300 passengers, received orders for approximately 1400 aircraft. Of these, 1100 are in commercial service, flying over 100 fleets of airlines around the world.
