On the 23 November, at the Residence Hotel Arc de Triomphe, the first event in Romania dedicated to future board members takes place - the conference "I want to be a stewardess." Representatives of aviation schools and airlines, career stewards and HR specialists involved in aviation recruitment are meeting within this event to provide a complete perspective on the on-board companion craft.

The conference is structured as an introduction to a future career in aviation, so that attendees have access to comprehensive information in the field. We discuss how to get a qualification as a flight attendant, how to recruit for airlines and what to do to successfully pass all stages of the recruitment process.


At the same time, the participants in the event benefit from a career guidance workshop supported by an HR specialist who recruited for the Romanian airlines, and in the end, a companion of board with an experience of more than 20 years in the field will share them from the happenings of a profession among the clouds.

Participation fee:

  • 150 lei, special price for registrations until 14 November
  • 200 lei, for registrations between 15 and 21 November

Participation fee includes access to all conference sessions and coffee breaks (coffee, tea, water, juices, snacks), guide to the future print companion on board, participation in the career guidance workshop, access to materials and presentations by readers included in the program, a Q&A session, personalized AVON gift.
