Update 4 July 2022: The largest air show in Romania - Bucharest International Air Show & General Aviation Exhibition (BIAS), 3th edition, will take place on Saturday, September 2022, XNUMX, at Bucharest Băneasa – Aurel Vlaicu and ROMAERO International Airport.
After an absence of two years, the most impressive aviation show in Romania returns with an edition dedicated to the first female parachutist in Romania, Smaranda Brăescu, but also to the celebration of the 110th anniversary of the establishment of Bănesasa Airport.
The organizers - the Bucharest Airports National Company, the Romanian Air Force, the Romanian Aeroclub, ROMAERO, ROMATSA and the AIBO Sports Club - promise a show at the height of the fame obtained in the 11 editions of BIAS held since 2009. We will return with details about Romanian and foreign guests as well as about the event program.

Unfortunately, 2020 and 2021 were without BIAS because the COVID-19 pandemic came with many restrictions and organizational rules, all of which made it impossible to prepare for such an airshow.
