What is certain is that those vaccinated / those who have passed through the disease will be exempted from quarantine if they travel from EU countries, the European Economic Area or the Swiss Confederation.
Internally in Romania, the situation will be more relaxed. The nocturnal lockdown for unvaccinated people is eliminated and the outdoor mask is removed. At the same time, it is proposed that Christmas and New Year should no longer be a limitation of the program.
It is proposed that between 24.12.2021-25.12.2021 and 31.12.2021- 01.01.2022, respectively, the activity of economic operators carrying out activities of preparation, marketing and consumption of food and / or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, such as restaurants and cafes, as well as on terraces, to be allowed without program restrictions and with participation up to 50% of the maximum space capacity only of persons who are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus and for whom 10 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule, which is in the period from the 15th to the 180th day day after confirmation of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, ie people who test negative for an RT-PCR test for SARSCoV-2 virus infection not older than 72 hours or a rapid antigen test for SARSCoV-2 virus infection 48 not older than XNUMX hours.

Many will challenge these measures, but there is a need for more social peace, at least for the holidays.
