Wizz Air has transported 3.2 million passengers to and from Romania

Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, carried 13,5 million passengers in 2013, representing an increase of 12% compared to the previous year. The average load was 86%. The Wizz Air fleet is currently comprised of 45 Airbus A320 aircraft and will increase from 53 to 2014, with the delivery of new Airbus aircraft. The fleet will serve a constantly growing network that already includes the new Wizz Air bases in Lviv, Ukraine and Craiova, Romania, which will be opened in 2014. Existing operations in Bucharest, Budapest, Skoje, Sofia, Vilnius and Warsaw will expand in the coming months.

At the moment, Wizz Air operates 300 routes in 35 countries. It offers affordable fares as well as a wide range of additional products and services available to customers to customize their trip according to their preferences.

In 2013, Wizz Air transported 3,2 million passengers from and to Romania, with 14% more than in the previous year. The company announced for 2014 new routes from Craiova to Barcelona, ​​Bologna, Dortmund and Rome Ciampino, which will be added to the local network, by 72 of routes.
