On November 19, the Civil Aviation Authority of Moldova presented the list of airlines flying to / from Chisinau. At the same time, it was announced that the air operator Wizz Air Abu Dhabi received the green light on the flights Abu Dhabi - Chisinau.

Wizz Air Abu Dhabi is the newest airline in the United Arab Emirates. It was due to start operations in October, but the new restrictive measures applied by European states led to the suspension of flights from Abu Dhabi until December. The authorization received from the Civil Aviation Authority of Moldova does not mean the immediate start of operations on the Abu Dhabi - Chisinau route. But it is an opportunity for the future.
