Wizz Air continues to expand its operations from its bases in Romania. An end of the year rich in new routes from most airports in Romania is announced. Wizz Air allocates a new aircraft to the base in Iasi and announces flights to Basel, Memmingen and Copenhagen! Wizz Air announced the Suceava base: 2 aircraft and five new routes! Wizz Air allocated the 7th aircraft to the base in Cluj and announced the new route Cluj - Perugia starting from December 14, 2022! From the base in Bucharest, Wizz Air announced Bucharest – Cardiff, from October 30, 2022, and Bucharest - Ancona, from 13 December to 2022.
And the news doesn't stop appearing. These days, Wizz Air announced two new routes from Craiova: Turin (from December 17) and Billund (from December 18). Flights to Turin will be operated on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and flights to Billund will be operated on Wednesdays and Sundays.
Thus, from December, Wizz Air will operate flights from Craiova to a network consisting of 12 European destinations. A first is that a new country is added and this is Denmark with its beautiful destination Billund. Connected to Turin, it is the fourth destination in Italy to which Wizz Air flies from the base in Craiova, after Rome, Milan and Bologna.
