Wizz Air announced today his 29th base in Milan Malpensa. The airline will allocate 5 Airbus A321 Milan Malpensa airport aircraft in July 2020. With the establishment of the new base, Wizz Air announced 20 new routes towards 11 countries from Milan Malpensa, starting in July 2020.
The routes complement eight other existing ones. Seats on new flights can already be booked on wizzair.com or through the airline's mobile application from 19,99 EUR / segment.

With the experience of providing high quality services at low prices in the last 16 years, the establishment of the newest Wizz Air base, the 29th base, in Milan Malpensa, and through doubling its capacity in Lombardy, will generate more economic growth for the region and will create over 200 new direct jobs within the company and many other jobs in associated industries.
Cele five Airbus A321 aircraft will support the operations of 20 new routes to London Luton, Eindhoven, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Mahon, Tenerife, Valencia, Athens, Corfu, Rhodes, Santorini, Thessaloniki, Zakynthos, Reykjavík, Lisbon, Porto, Pristina, Marrakech, Tallinn and Tel Aviv in addition to the existing ones, totaling 28 destinations from Milan Malpensa in 2020.
The extended network of 41 Wizz Air routes from Lombardy - including 13 routes to Bergamo - will support local tourism, bring more capital to the region and connect Milan with new and exciting holiday and business destinations.
